Under the guidance of the Technical Promotion Manager, participate in field efficacy trials of pesticide products, and assist in drafting trial plans and completing preparatory work before trials begin.
Carry out trial plot marking, chemical preparation, application, field assessments and trial record-keeping in accordance with the trial protocol.
Regularly follow up on trial progress, and record efficacy performance before and after application, crop safety, and any phytotoxicity that may occur.
Be responsible for, or assist with, field trial data collection, on-site photography, trial file organization and related document archiving, ensuring that data is authentic, complete and accurate.
Report any abnormalities found during trials to the Technical Promotion Manager promptly, and assist in analyzing the causes.
Collect information on major crop planting conditions, pest, disease and weed occurrence trends, and pesticide usage in Vietnam, and feed it back to the Technical Promotion Manager in a timely manner.
Complete other related tasks assigned by the Technical Promotion Manager.
