Tổng quan

Develop architectural design documentation and 3D models from Concept Design through Basic Design, Technical Design, and Construction Drawings.
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other project disciplines to ensure design consistency and integration.
Develop architectural and interior design concepts, 3D models, renderings, presentations, and supporting design documents.
Conduct site surveys and prepare documentation to define the project Scope of Work.
Participate in design review meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
Support the resolution of design-related issues throughout project development and construction.
Monitor project schedules and deliverables to ensure timely completion of design packages.
Travel to other provinces or overseas locations when required.
