Tổng quan

  • Comply with policies and procedures. Promote and comply with environmental policies. Comply with the policies for Health and Safety at Work and any other applicable instruction.
  • Tax
  • Coordinate all statutory tax filings within Vietnam.
  • Serve as primary contact with regulatory authorities on tax matters.
  • Monitor and update the corporate team on changes to the regulatory environment within Vietnam.

Yêu cầu

  • Understand and enforce the regulations and rules of the local/National Vietnamese Government financial control bureaus, as well as maximize these rules for the company's benefit.
  • Audit
  • Coordinate annual audit activities with the external audit team.
  • Provide timely responses to audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Treasury
  • Serve as the primary contact point for banking relationships within Vietnam.
  • Monitor account balances and liquidity.
  • Complete cash flow management and forecasting activities.
  • Coordinate in-country insurance coverages and claims.
  • Control foreign exchange exposure.
  • Accounting
  • Review and finalize the monthly Financial Statements in conjunction with the Corporate Finance Department.
  • Provide the General Manager with an analysis of the monthly Financial Statements.
  • Be responsible for all monthly internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities, including the timely processing of receipts and payments.
  • Manage sales prices in the local tax systems.
  • Support the plant, as necessary, in setting up and executing GAAP requirements, including revenue and cost recognition.
  • Review and finalize journal entries daily.
  • Review the Fixed Assets (FA) Module and MRP system, ensuring ongoing accuracy.
  • Ensure all accruals are recorded in the correct accounting period, including intercompany accruals.
  • Audit quarterly inventory-related information and assist the Materials Manager in investigating all major monetary variances.
  • Leadership
  • Lead the Finance Department.
  • Coach and evaluate Finance staff.
