To perform payroll processing, social insurance administration, and employee income data reconciliation to ensure employees' entitlements are calculated accurately and on time, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Payroll Management
Collect and consolidate employee attendance data and process monthly payroll and statutory payroll deductions using payroll software.
Address and resolve employees' inquiries regarding salary, allowances, and payroll calculations.
Act as an HR Coordinator for relevant projects.
Perform other duties as assigned, including participation in research and development activities and corporate or departmental initiatives.

Payroll, Personal Income Tax, Social Insurance, Microsoft Office, Attention to Detail

Handle registration and termination procedures for social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
Process employee benefits related to sickness, maternity, and occupational accidents in accordance with applicable regulations.
Personal Income Tax (PIT) Reconciliation
Consolidate annual employee income data and lead income data reconciliation with the Finance & Accounting Department.
Provide supporting documents and explanations to facilitate personal income tax finalization and accounting activities.
Payroll Budgeting & Planning
Collect and analyze relevant data, calculate labor norms, and prepare annual payroll budget estimates for the parent company and the corporation.
Data Management & Risk Administration
Support the collection, analysis, and consolidation of risk registration records from functional departments and subsidiaries to support the corporation's risk management activities under the ISO 31001 framework.
Draft and improve corporate salary regulations and compensation policies.
Conduct simulations to assess the impact of proposed salary policy changes on the payroll budget and employee income.
Management Systems & Digital Transformation
Implement and periodically report on assigned management objectives and digital transformation projects related to the position's responsibilities.
