Tổng quan

Lead and manage the Quality team of approximately 5 employees, including In-
Process Quality Technicians and Quality Engineers.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control and quality assurance
procedures for manufacturing operations.
Monitor and ensure the quality of synthetic plastic rope products used in the
marine and agricultural industries.
Oversee in-process quality control activities across production shifts, including day
and night operations.
Establish and monitor quality standards, inspection procedures, testing methods
and quality control plans.
Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and
preventive actions (CAPA).
Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to identify and resolve quality
problems and minimize defects, waste, and customer complaints.
Monitor quality performance indicators and prepare regular quality reports for
management.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality, production
efficiency, and process stability.
Ensure quality requirements are consistently applied across 4 manufacturing
plants.
Support customer audits, internal audits, supplier quality activities, and relevant

Provide coaching, training, and performance management for Quality Engineers and
In-Process Quality Technicians.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between the Quality team and
production teams working across different shifts.
