Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support workforce planning in line with business objectives
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with Vietnam's labor legislation, internal regulations, and relevant HR standards and best practices
Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, workplace conflicts, and other complex employee-related issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions
Lead workplace investigations involving employee misconduct, potential policy violations, ethical concerns, and other sensitive matters. Assess findings and provide appropriate recommendations for resolution
Oversee and continuously improve key HR functions and processes throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring effective and consistent HR service delivery
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide professional HR advice and guidance to senior management on people-related matters and business decisions
Lead, coach, and develop the HR team, fostering professional growth, accountability, and operational excellence across the HR function

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field
7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
Proven experience in HR Management or HR Business Partner roles, with a strong foundation in HR Generalist functions
Solid knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, HR policies, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements
Hands-on experience handling complex employee relations cases, workplace investigations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to advise and influence senior leadership on HR-related matters
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to manage sensitive and challenging workplace situations

Monthly salary paid over 13 months per year (13th-month salary).
Extended insurance coverage for up to 2 dependents at no additional cost, effective upon successful completion of the probation period.
Annual Leave: 15 days per year.
Sick Leave: Unlimited paid sick leave.
Hybrid working model, with 4 days working from the office and 1 day working from home per week.
