- Oversee HR compliance, ensuring alignment with local labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices.
- Handle complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, employee grievances, and workplace conflicts.
- Lead workplace investigations into employee misconduct, policy breaches, and ethical concerns, providing objective assessments and actionable recommendations.
- Manage and continuously enhance core HR functions throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, providing professional HR guidance and advice to senior management.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team while ensuring efficient HR operations and service delivery.
