Support the development and execution of domestic sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market coverage across Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), HORECA, supermarkets, convenience stores, and wholesale channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retail chains, distributors, and business partners.
Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
Monitor sales performance, revenue, profitability, and customer development against business targets.
Participate in sales forecasting, market demand planning, pricing, trade promotions, and commercial policy implementation.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure effective product availability, delivery, and customer service.
Monitor sales KPIs, prepare regular business reports, and recommend initiatives to improve sales performance.
Lead, coach, and develop sales team members, with opportunities to take on broader leadership responsibilities as the business grows.
Work closely with management to develop long-term sales capabilities and contribute to the company's sustainable domestic business growth
