Tổng quan

  • Lead/support all internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with Hall SOX/ICFR/FCPA requirements and other
  • Lead trade compliance and ensure strict adherence to all Vietnamese import
  • Ensure compliance with all foreign exchange rules, regulations, and laws.
  • Lead the Finance team to ensure a timely and accurate financial period-end
  • Prepare periodic financial statements, including budgets, forecasts, and

Yêu cầu

  • Serve as the technical accounting lead resource for Vietnam to other
  • Amphenol entities.
  • Ensure adequate documentation of functional currency for entities within the
  • position’s responsibility and the proper accounting treatment of
  • transactions, remeasurement, and translation.
  • Perform regular and ad hoc treasury functions to maximize company cash
  • flow. This includes leading:
  • o AR/collections functions
  • o AP functions
  • o Cash forecasting and management functions
  • Drive improvements in DSO, DPO, and DSI metrics.
  • Lead/support the development and execution of international taxation and
  • transfer pricing strategies. This includes recurring tax-package reporting to
  • Corporate and completing local tax returns and transfer-pricing audit
  • reports.
  • Oversee all factory administrative functions, including facilities
  • management, transportation, dormitory management, cleaning services
  • and general office administration, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to
  • ensure service quality, compliance, and cost effectiveness.
