IT Project & Digital Transformation
Understand business requirements from different departments and translate them into

Plan and support the development and implementation of new IT systems and digital
solutions.
Manage IT projects from planning and requirement definition through testing and implementation.
Coordinate with internal departments, Japan HQ and external vendors to ensure projects are
delivered on time.
Support the promotion of digital transformation and improvement of business processes.
Internal IT Infrastructure
Manage and maintain the company's internal IT infrastructure, including:
Network
PCs and mobile devices
User accounts and IDs
Microsoft 365 and related systems
Troubleshoot IT issues and coordinate with vendors or Japan HQ when necessary.
Provide technical support and advice to internal departments.
Coordination & PMO Support
Work closely with the Head of DX Strategy Department on DX strategy and initiatives.
Coordinate meetings and communication with internal departments and Japan HQ.
Prepare meeting materials, minutes and project-related documents.
Support translation and communication between Vietnamese, Japanese and English when
required.
