Develop and implement business strategies and plans to grow the Priority Banking customer segment in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
Take overall responsibility for the Priority Banking business, including business planning, execution, sales management, and performance monitoring to ensure the achievement of assigned business targets.
Manage the Priority Banking customer portfolio; develop customer segmentation models and propose business policies, sales initiatives, and customer engagement strategies to maximize business performance.
Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with Priority Banking customers to enhance business performance, corporate image, and brand reputation.
Manage and oversee the department’s operations, build and develop the team, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Perform other duties as assigned or delegated by the Division Director and other authorized management personnel.
