- Lead and oversee the Engineering Department, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all plant equipment, machinery, and utility systems.
- Plan and prioritize equipment installation, maintenance, repairs, and modifications to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs in coordination with Production, Quality, and other relevant departments.
- Manage maintenance activities, including manpower planning, technical resources, spare parts, and equipment requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance, maintenance records, and operational data to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure technicians and operators are properly trained in equipment operation, handling, and maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with Management, Production, and Quality teams to resolve technical issues and improve equipment reliability and productivity.
- Manage repair and maintenance budgets, control expenses, and plan resources and spare parts for scheduled overhauls.
