Develop marketing plans for new product launches.
Work with partners to plan monthly, quarterly, and yearly promotions.
Work with government authorities to obtain permits for marketing and promotional programs.
Lead, train, and develop the marketing team.
Develop and carry out marketing plans to support business goals and build brand awareness.
Track marketing campaign results and improve performance.
Monitor online and offline promotions and suggest ways to improve results.
Research customers, competitors, market changes, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Manage PR and communication activities and handle issues related to the brand image.
Grow the brand's presence on social media and other communication channels.
Manage the marketing budget, control costs, and measure campaign ROI.
Arrange payments to vendors and service providers.
Prepare regular marketing reports and update senior management on results.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, and other departments.
Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.
