Business Risk & Policy Governance: Evaluate legal exposure arising from business activities and employment practices; provide guidance on policy implementation, ethical decision-making, and appropriate risk-mitigation measures.
Workplace Case Resolution: Handle sensitive employee-related matters, assess reported concerns, conduct interviews and fact-finding reviews, and determine appropriate follow-up measures based on documented findings.
Control Improvement & Assurance: Identify weaknesses in existing procedures, coordinate with relevant functions to strengthen controls, track remediation progress, and contribute to internal and external assurance activities.
Employment Legal Support: Advise on labor-related matters, manage employee grievances and disputes, coordinate with external legal counsel, and assist with proceedings involving relevant authorities when required.
Documentation & Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain accurate case records, prepare formal assessments and recommendations, review relevant internal documents, and facilitate consistent handling of legal and employee-related issues.
