Tổng quan

Manage and optimize SMT processes to ensure stable production, high quality, and yield improvement.
Set up machine parameters and develop production recipes for SMT equipment, including Screen Printer, SPI, Mounter, Reflow, AOI, and Flux Cleaning.
Program and optimize ASM Mounter and Parmi/Pemtron AOI machines.
Install and set up new equipment; conduct DOE to establish and optimize process conditions.
Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, perform failure analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process stability, and production yield.
Prepare MBO/LBO evaluation reports and other engineering reports as required.
Collaborate with production, quality, and related teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing performance.
