Participate in the development of advanced semiconductor and electronic products, from early-stage concept through validation and mass production.
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and technologies to improve product performance, quality, yield and reliability.
Conduct technical analysis, product characterization and failure investigation to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
Evaluate new materials, process conditions and technical solutions to support product and technology advancement.
Perform data analysis and simulation to support design decisions, process optimization and product improvement.
Work closely with internal teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and other relevant functions to resolve technical issues.
Communicate and collaborate with customers and external technical partners, including participation in technical meetings, reviews and audits.
Lead or contribute to yield improvement, process innovation and continuous improvement projects.
Support the introduction and qualification of new products, materials and technologies within the development roadmap.
Prepare technical reports, analysis results and development plans for internal and external stakeholders.
