Tổng quan

Lead and coordinate manufacturing projects from initial planning through execution, launch and final handover, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation and budgets; monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet established milestones.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance and other relevant departments to drive project deliverables.
Manage project risks, technical issues and changes in scope, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing potential impacts on operations.
Oversee project implementation activities, including equipment installation, process readiness, production ramp-up or new product introduction, depending on project scope.
Track project performance against key milestones, cost targets and quality requirements; prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to management and stakeholders.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors and business partners to ensure deliverables meet agreed specifications, timelines and standards.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution, operational efficiency and resource utilization.
