- Planning & Team Management
- Develop annual departmental plans, KPIs, and service improvement initiatives.
- Oversee daily operations, allocate tasks, and monitor team performance.
- Improve service processes to enhance operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
- Tenant Relations & Service Quality
- Build and maintain relationships with industrial park tenants and address their service needs.
- Handle escalated complaints, coordinate resolutions, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate tenant records and conduct annual satisfaction surveys, implementing improvements based on feedback.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments and local authorities to address tenant requirements and resolve issues.
- Work with Marketing on customer care, tenant engagement, and retention activities.
- Report departmental performance, tenant feedback, complaints, and outstanding issues to the Board of Directors; recommend solutions where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, and QHSE, environmental, and occupational safety requirements.
