Tổng quan
- Own Business Central (BC) configuration, master data, enhancements and integrations; serve as the primary internal point of contact for MSC and other implementation vendors.
- Manage the full BC change-request pipeline end-to-end: requirements gathering, functional specifications, UAT, cutover and documentation.
- Build reports, dashboards (Power BI), automations/scripts (AL, SQL, Power Automate), and issue ticketing system in-house rather than outsourcing every request.
- Partner directly with Finance, Operations and department heads to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Build SOPs and system documentation to reduce key-person dependency.
- As the role matures, provide technical mentoring to the existing team members.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Quyền lợi
- VND 35-45 million per month gross base, commensurate with experience.
