Handle quotation requests from Sales/Customer Service, ensuring accurate, competitive and timely pricing.
Collect and update air freight rates, while supporting pricing for sea freight, warehousing, cross-border trucking, local transportation and customs services.
Work with airlines, shipping lines, co-loaders, overseas agents and service providers to obtain and negotiate competitive rates.
Advise internal teams on suitable transport solutions based on cost, transit time and service quality.
Maintain rate sheets by trade lane and customer segment; monitor market rates and space availability.
Develop supplier relationships and evaluate vendors’ pricing, service quality and responsiveness.
Coordinate with Operations on capacity and additional costs, and suggest improvements to pricing processes.Yêu cầu:
