Tổng quan

Serve as the technical contact for assigned customers, investigating process-related issues and providing application guidance through on-site visits and remote support.
Assist with product evaluation and business development activities, including equipment demonstrations, technical presentations, and comparative performance assessments against customer requirements and competing solutions.
Partner with R&D and Product Development teams to conduct application trials, assess new functionalities, and ensure technical readiness for customer implementation.
Establish and maintain application standards, process recommendations to individual customer needs.
Work across internal technical and commercial teams to address customer requirements and drive effective application solutions.
Apply knowledge of PCB design and manufacturing processes to support technical evaluations and resolve application challenges.
Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the line manager.
