Our client is an apparel manufacturing company looking for a HR Officer to proceed with the
recruitment activities for the 100-headcount factory in Hung Yen province.
Recruitment (Primary Focus)
Receive and consolidate recruitment needs from various departments.
Post job openings across appropriate channels (e.g., fanpages, recruitment platforms, social media).
Source and screen candidate applications based on established criteria.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and relevant departments.
Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Track and update recruitment data; provide periodic progress reports.
Build and develop the employer brand.
Propose solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency and optimize recruitment costs.
Assist new hires with the onboarding process.
Personnel Data & Employment Contracts
Maintain and update personnel records, employment contracts, and employee data.
Monitor attendance and leave; track personnel changes.
Assist with payroll processing.
Support the organization of internal activities and company events.
Manage documentation for foreign employees (visas, work permits, TRC, etc.).
Oversee office supplies, company assets, and related administrative tasks.
Monitor and ensure compliance with 5S workplace standards.
Provide support for other tasks as requested.
Assist with customer audits (e.g., ISO, BSCI).
