Tổng quan

Develop, optimize, and maintain SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes for
electronic circuit board assembly.
Monitor production processes to ensure product quality, process stability, and
production efficiency.
Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive
actions to minimize defects and downtime.
Analyze process data, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous
improvement initiatives.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Equipment, and Engineering teams to resolve
technical issues and improve manufacturing performance.
Support new product introduction (NPI), process validation, and production ramp-up
activities.
Ensure compliance with established process standards, work instructions, and
