Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies for chemicals, equipment, materials, and services.
Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including competitive bidding, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, award, and execution.
Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing, negotiation, competitive bidding, and value engineering initiatives.
Manage supplier relationships, contract performance, and procurement risks to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Oversee procurement-related logistics, expediting, and supply chain coordination to support operational and project requirements.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations, company procurement policies, and contractual obligations.
Monitor procurement KPIs, contract performance, and reporting accuracy, including relevant SAP data.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and Legal teams to support business objectives.
Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team to enhance performance and operational effectiveness.
