Tổng quan

  • Finance & Accounting Management
  • Lead the Finance & Accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing, financial statements, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage AP, AR and financial controls; coordinate with external auditors, tax advisers, banks and relevant authorities.
  • Provide financial analysis and management reports to the General Director and Group Finance team.
  • Manufacturing Cost Control & Inventory Management
  • Monitor and analyse manufacturing costs, material consumption, production variances, scrap, inventory valuation and gross margins.
  • Investigate cost discrepancies and identify operational root causes.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation between physical stock, ERP, production, accounting and customs/EPE records.
  • Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Planning and Warehouse teams to strengthen cost and inventory controls.
  • ERP & Internal Control
  • Oversee financial control and data integrity within the ERP system (Odoo).
  • Ensure accurate integration of accounting, inventory, purchasing and production transactions.
  • Identify discrepancies between actual operations and ERP data, driving corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Establish effective internal controls, approval procedures and transaction discipline across departments.
  • Logistics, Customs & EPE Compliance
  • Oversee Logistics & Customs operations, ensuring compliance with EPE regulations and import/export requirements.
  • Monitor customs declarations and reconciliation between customs, inventory, production and accounting records.
  • Manage compliance risks and coordinate with customs authorities, consultants and auditors when required.
  • Team Leadership & Group Reporting
  • Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting and Logistics & Customs teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Planning and other departments.
  • Coordinate with the General Director and overseas Group Finance team on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business performance.
