Coordinate air cargo operations to ensure accurate cargo handling, operational quality, and compliance with relevant
procedures. The role also supports relationships with existing cargo agents and customers, with a primary focus on
operations and quality control and limited sales responsibilities.
Coordinate cargo handling processes and update the system to manage cargo loading and offloading for flights.
Monitor operational quality and ensure compliance with applicable procedures, safety requirements, and service
standards.
Communicate with existing cargo agents and customers, maintain business relationships, promote available cargo
space, and conduct agent visits when required.
Coordinate with Vietnamese and Thai colleagues, airport passenger and cargo departments, and logistics partners to
ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide timely operational information and resolve cargo-related issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Quyền lợi:
