Tổng quan
- Manage and lead the quality team while directly handling customer complaints and quality-related requests.
- Work closely with relevant departments to investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely submission of reports to customers.
- Monitor improvement activities and promote the implementation of effective solutions across similar projects.
- Prepare for customer audits, including on-site audits, online assessments, and evaluations based on questionnaires/checklists.
- Review customers' product appearance standards and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure consistent understanding and proper implementation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement preventive measures to minimize potential quality issues and enhance product quality.
