Translate the squad mission into clear customer and business outcomes for SME product offerings, with measurable KPIs to guide the backlog
Use customer insights to deliver new SME bundles (offers) and journeys across working capital, supply chain finance, payments, cash management and digital banking
Detail product features, pricing, eligibility and credit criteria with Risk, Finance, Legal, Operations and IT
Own the SME product backlog, prioritising features by customer impact and feasibility
Pilot bundles and journeys with RMs, iterate on uptake data, and own the business case and launch requirements
Lead roll-out through channels (e.g., branches), working with the Customer Journey Specialist, Business Analysts and Data Analyst.
