Provide on-site and remote technical support to key OEM customers, from application support to troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Identify customer application challenges and work closely with Sales teams to develop effective technical solutions.
Lead and deliver technical training for local Sales teams across Southeast Asia and India.
Collaborate with regional and global BU Electronics teams on key projects, customer requirements and technical solutions.
Analyze and present advanced technical data to support product selection, qualification and customer approval.
Provide technical support for customer seminars, exhibitions and other technical events.
Support lead generation and customer development together with local Sales teams when required.
Ensure timely follow-up and high responsiveness to customer and stakeholder requests.
Travel internationally across APAC as required.
