- Lead manufacturing process improvements to enhance product functionality, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and manage manufacturing engineering plans, processes, and procedures.
- Oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Work closely with plant management, production teams, and other departments to review project specifications and manufacturing requirements.
- Evaluate and approve manufacturing improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors on equipment, materials, and parts specifications, procurement, and quality standards.
- Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team.
- Ensure timely review and response to customer feedback and requirements.
