Responsible for accounts, financial planning, forecasting and budgetary control
Support manager to oversee day-to-day financial accounting activities and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Manage/Check and prepare document for supplier payments.
Review all transactions and tax reports (VAT, FCT, CIT, Transfer pricing) to ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies
Take part in meetings with other departments(cross-function)
Develop, maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies and procedures
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of the monthly financial reports and consolidation report
Keep up to date on all Vietnamese laws and regulations that relate to finance and accounting and ensure that the company is informed of such matters
Liaise with external auditors, bankers, tax and secretarial agents for financial related matters
Monitor/support/motivate the junior staff
Assign tasks, supervise, and evaluate employees' performance as authorized.
Represent the Accounting Manager in overseeing the department's operations when delegated
