  • They are looking for a driven sales professional to join our team, open to candidates with
  • experience in Non-life insurance. This role offers the opportunity to grow across different
  • insurance lines while driving new business for Navigos Search’s.
  • Drive growth by focusing on new business acquisition and building a strong sales pipeline
  • within non-life insurance.
  • Identify, approach, and win new clients (new logos) through proactive prospecting (cold calls, meetings, networking)
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Execute sales plans aligned with revenue targets and local market strategy
  • Engage client stakeholders (HR, Finance, Risk, and Management) to understand needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals across non-life insurance solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting using internal systems
  • Continuously developing knowledge across insurance lines to expand client solutions over timeYêu cầu:
