- Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute leasing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue across the industrial property portfolio.
- Identify potential tenants, explore new market segments, and convert business opportunities into successful leasing transactions.
- Manage the leasing pipeline, from lead generation and property presentations to commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, real estate brokers, investment partners, and relevant business networks.
- Monitor market movements, competitor activities, and tenant demand to recommend appropriate leasing strategies.
- Team Development & Business Performance
- Lead and support the leasing team in achieving business objectives and individual performance targets.
- Track leasing activities, evaluate pipeline progress, and identify opportunities to improve team productivity and conversion rates.
- Share market knowledge and commercial expertise to strengthen the team's business development and negotiation capabilities.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Partner with development and project teams to ensure industrial facilities meet prospective tenants' operational requirements and market expectations.
- Provide commercial feedback on upcoming developments and potential investment opportunities.
- Deliver regular business updates, leasing forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Participate in business development activities and travel to other regions of Vietnam when necessary.
