Organize, direct and control all accounting activities of the Company; ensure the accounting system operates effectively, transparently and in compliance with the law; provide complete, accurate and timely financial information to support the management, operations and decision-making of the Board of Management and the Board of Directors.
Organize, direct and control all accounting activities of the Company.
Oversee the preparation of separate financial statements and management reports in accordance with regulations and the requirements of the Board of Management.
Establish and maintain an internal control system to ensure accuracy, transparency and compliance in accounting operations.
Analyze the Company's financial position; manage cash flow, budgets and capital efficiency; propose solutions to improve operational performance.
Manage tax compliance and tax finalization; liaise with government authorities, banks, auditors and financial partners.
Coordinate with relevant units on financing arrangements, capital raising and the implementation of investment projects as directed by the Board of Management.
Stay up to date with laws and regulations on accounting, finance and taxation, as well as financial reporting standards; advise the Board of Management on financial matters.
Manage, train and develop the accounting team; develop procedures and improve the efficiency of the finance and accounting function.
