- Facilities and Electrical Systems Management: Oversee the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of factory electrical systems and electromechanical infrastructure to ensure stable and reliable operations.
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, supervise maintenance activities, and ensure timely resolution of equipment and infrastructure issues.
- Fire Protection and Occupational Safety: Manage factory fire protection and prevention systems, ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, and coordinate occupational health and safety activities.
- Technical Incident Management: Respond promptly to technical emergencies involving electricity, water supply, compressed air, and other utility systems to minimize production downtime.
- Utilities Management: Monitor the performance and reliability of essential factory utility systems, identify potential risks, and coordinate corrective actions to maintain uninterrupted production.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise the facilities and maintenance team, allocate resources, establish work procedures, and monitor team performance.
- Compliance and Inspection: Ensure facilities and utility systems meet applicable legal requirements and technical standards; coordinate statutory inspections, maintenance records, and relevant audits.
- Contractor and Vendor Management: Coordinate external contractors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, inspections, and technical improvement projects.
- Cost and Resource Control: Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and operational resources while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify infrastructure risks, improve maintenance procedures, and implement initiatives to enhance system reliability, workplace safety, and operational efficiency.Quyền lợi:
