  • Business Management & P&L Ownership
  • Take full responsibility for the financial and operational performance of the Vietnam business, including revenue, profitability, gross margins, and cost management.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans, growth strategies, and operational targets.
  • Monitor business performance through key metrics, including sales pipeline, project profitability, resource utilization, and team productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws, corporate governance requirements, and international business standards.
  • Establish and continuously improve internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Strategic Growth & Business Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across key industrial sectors, including electronics, semiconductors, footwear and apparel, consumer goods, energy, and advanced manufacturing.
  • Drive business expansion in EHS consulting, sustainability advisory, environmental compliance, industrial safety, chemical management, and carbon reduction services.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with multinational corporations, industrial manufacturers, and key decision-makers.
  • Lead business development activities, including client engagement, proposal development, project pricing, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Strengthen the company's market presence and develop sustainable revenue streams.
  • Team Leadership & Organizational Development
  • Lead and develop consulting teams across Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Recruit, coach, and retain qualified environmental engineers, EHS specialists, and sustainability consultants.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, career development plans, and professional training programs.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on technical excellence, client satisfaction, and professional integrity.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation and project delivery across consulting engagements.
  • Stakeholder & Board Management
  • Act as the key liaison between Vietnam operations, the Board of Directors, and international business partners.
  • Provide regular updates on financial performance, business development, operational risks, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional and international stakeholders to leverage technical expertise and business opportunities.
  • Represent the company in strategic client meetings, industry events, and relevant professional networks.
