Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, consolidate financial plans, and partner with operations to manage risks and improve accuracy.
Accounting & Reporting: Oversee month-end closing, ensure accurate and timely management/statutory reporting, and maintain clean monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Inventory Control & Costing: Monitor inventory aging to minimize excess/obsolete stock, support physical counts, maintain accurate BOM/routing standard costs, and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
Commercial & Projects: Review quotation costs, pricing, Capex investments, and ROI analysis to ensure project margins align with targets; analyze variances and drive corrective actions.
Working Capital Optimization: Review and approve payables, maintain strict credit control over AR delinquency, and optimize the cash conversion cycle (DSO, DIO, DPO).
Controls, Compliance & Tax: Adhere to corporate finance ethics and internal controls, support internal/external audits, and manage local tax declarations and incentive schemes.
Team Leadership: Direct, control, coach, and develop the plant finance team.
