Role mission
Map current-state journeys, exception paths, hand-offs, drop-off points and manual work to identify pain points
Translate customer insights and the SME value proposition into journey design priorities, agreed with the Product Owner
Design target journeys and service blueprints for priority SME segments across RM, branch and digital channels
Build journey prototypes with the Product Owner and Business Analysts, ready for sprint delivery
Pilot target journeys with SMEs, RMs and branches, tracking completion, drop-off and turnaround time
Equip RMs and branches with journey guides and pitch materials for roll-out; feed pilot feedback into journey updates
