  • Responsible for accounts, financial planning, forecasting and budgetary control
  • Support manager to oversee day-to-day financial accounting activities and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Manage/Check and prepare document for supplier payments.
  • Review all transactions and tax reports (VAT, FCT, CIT, Transfer pricing) to ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies
  • Take part in meetings with other departments(cross-function)
  • Develop, maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies and procedures
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of the monthly financial reports and consolidation report
  • Keep up to date on all Vietnamese laws and regulations that relate to finance and accounting and ensure that the company is informed of such matters
  • Liaise with external auditors, bankers, tax and secretarial agents for financial related matters
  • Monitor/support/motivate the junior staff
  • Assign tasks, supervise, and evaluate employees' performance as authorized.
  • Represent the Accounting Manager in overseeing the department's operations when delegated
