  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Vehicle Evaluation Engineer to evaluate the performance, safety, reliability, and overall riding experience of electric two-wheelers.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting vehicle performance tests, evaluating vehicle handling and ride quality, identifying technical issues, and working closely with R&D and engineering teams to improve product performance and reliability.
  • Vehicle Performance Evaluation
  • Evaluate the overall performance of electric two-wheelers, including acceleration, maximum speed, braking performance, climbing ability, and driving range.
  • Assess vehicle handling, stability, ride comfort, vibration, noise, and overall riding experience.
  • Conduct road tests and practical vehicle evaluations under different road and operating conditions.
  • Evaluate vehicle performance against technical specifications, internal standards, and product requirements.
  • Testing and Reliability Assessment
  • Develop and execute vehicle evaluation plans and test procedures.
  • Conduct durability and reliability tests to identify potential issues during vehicle operation.
  • Evaluate the performance of key vehicle systems, including electric motors, batteries, controllers, braking systems, and electrical components, as relevant to the assigned scope.
  • Record test data, analyze results, and prepare technical evaluation reports.
  • Problem Analysis and Product Improvement
  • Identify and analyze technical issues discovered during vehicle testing and evaluation.
  • Investigate root causes and collaborate with R&D, design, quality, and other engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions through follow-up testing.
  • Provide technical feedback and improvement recommendations to enhance vehicle performance, safety, reliability, and user experience.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with R&D and product development teams throughout the product development and validation process.
  • Support prototype evaluation, new product development, and engineering changes.
  • Communicate test findings and technical recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of vehicle evaluation methods and testing standards.
