A. Accounting and Tax Compliance Services
Record and maintain accounting transactions in accounting software.
Prepare monthly accounting reports and financial statements.
Calculate monthly payroll and related statutory contributions, including Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance.
Calculate, prepare and submit tax declarations, including VAT, PIT, CIT and FCT.
Communicate and coordinate with clients to handle day-to-day accounting and tax-related matters.
Liaise with clients' auditors and tax authorities when required.
B. Ad-hoc Services
Assist in special projects, including financial reviews and due diligence for M&A transactions.
Provide support for other accounting, tax and financial advisory assignments as required.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or senior management.
