Lead and manage the Sales and Costing team, ensuring effective coordination and performance.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints, delivery issues, quality concerns, and operational escalations.
Oversee customer programs throughout the product lifecycle, coordinating project timelines, engineering changes, and program execution.
Lead RFQ and costing activities, including quotation reviews, cost analysis, and commercial discussions.
Monitor customer forecasts, demand fluctuations, revenue performance, order status, and delivery commitments.
Work closely with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Engineering, Logistics, and other functions to meet customer requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor business KPIs, prepare performance reports, and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and operational performance.
