  • Supervise daily plating operations to ensure production targets, product quality, and delivery schedules are achieved.
  • Monitor and optimize plating processes, including process parameters, chemical consumption, equipment performance, and production efficiency.
  • Lead, train, and develop production team members to maintain operational standards and improve team performance.
  • Troubleshoot plating-related technical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Process Engineering, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues and ensure product compliance.
  • Support new production line setup, process validation, new product introduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor production KPIs, minimize defects and material waste, and improve productivity through Lean manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, chemical handling requirements, 5S, and workplace safety standards.
  • Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records of process performance, quality, and operational activities.Quyền lợi:
