Tổng quan
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to key OEM customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize customer processes.
- Organize and deliver technical training for local sales teams across Southeast Asia and India.
- Identify and develop new project opportunities by collaborating with country sales teams and providing technical insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with the global BU Electronics team on key projects, translating customer needs into clear technical requirements.
- Analyze and present technical data to OEM decision-makers to support product specification and approval.
- Coordinate local testing for OEM customers where feasible and provide technical expertise at customer seminars, exhibitions, and related events.
