Lead quality assurance activities throughout the entire manufacturing process, including product development, pre-production (PP) meetings, pilot runs, inline inspections, washing, finishing, and final audits.
Ensure denim products consistently meet approved quality standards, fit, measurements, appearance, workmanship, and customer expectations.
Act as the key quality representative during buyer visits, quality reviews, factory audits, and third-party inspections. Coordinate factory preparation, address audit findings and buyer comments, and ensure corrective action plans (CAPs) are implemented and closed on time.
Ensure production strictly follows approved quality manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), samples, specifications, testing requirements, and compliance standards.
Monitor quality implementation throughout production and maintain consistency between approved samples and bulk production.
Analyze quality performance, customer complaints, final audit results, audit findings, and defect trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
Follow up on corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor QA/QC team performance, provide relevant training, and ensure consistent quality standards and evaluation across the team.Quyền lợi:
