Quickly respond to client inquiries and maintain positive client quality practices.
Follow up on client quality issues promptly.
Visit client factories to understand key quality stakeholders and decision-makers involved in quality incidents.
Seize opportunities presented by quality issues to drive positive decisions within the client organization.
Be familiar with client internal processes and decision-makers, and secure orders through quality-related efforts.
Requires frequent business trips and the ability to withstand pressure, primarily stemming from performance targets related to quality and orders.
