Execute end-to-end bidding activities, including bid preparation, commercial evaluation, negotiation, contract award, and administration.
Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies for assigned procurement categories.
Conduct supplier market research, evaluate vendor capabilities, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
Support supplier performance management, vendor prequalification, and audits.
Resolve procurement-related issues concerning delivery, quality, commercial terms, and contractual obligations.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, applicable regulations, and company standards.
Maintain accurate bidding and contract documentation, prepare procurement reports, and monitor KPIs.
Support procurement improvement and transformation initiatives.
