Develop marketing strategies, annual plans, budgets, and KPIs aligned with business and sales targets.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify market opportunities and define project positioning.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, digital marketing, branding, communications, events, and lead generation activities.
Develop marketing materials and manage lead databases, working with Sales teams and agents to monitor lead pipelines and conversion performance.
Build relationships with brokers, agencies, media, business associations, and strategic partners.
Review customer feedback and satisfaction insights with Sales and Customer Service teams to improve marketing initiatives and customer engagement.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to deliver marketing activities effectively.
Lead and develop the Marketing team, manage budgets and agencies, monitor ROI, and report campaign performance and market insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable advertising and real estate regulations, and relevant QHSE requirements.
