Develop the company's business and build a customer base in Vietnam from the ground up.
Identify and approach potential customers in automotive, electronics, electrical components, motors, and industrial manufacturing.
Identify, develop, and manage local distributors and agents.
Conduct market research to identify target customers, market opportunities, competitors, and potential sales channels.
Understand customer requirements and propose customized technical solutions in collaboration with international technical teams.
Provide initial technical support and assist with basic on-site service when required.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer meetings to negotiation and contract closing.
Attend relevant industry exhibitions and events to build networks and generate business opportunities.
Work independently and coordinate with international teams to achieve business targets.
