Tổng quan

Design, develop, and improve automated machines, jigs, tools, and mechanical solutions for production lines and new product launches.
Support equipment installation, commissioning, debugging, and mass production readiness.
Collaborate with suppliers on equipment fabrication, assembly, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Resolve mechanical and technical issues during equipment trials and production ramp-up.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, equipment performance, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Maintain mechanical drawings, technical documentation, and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
Research and apply new technologies to improve manufacturing equipment and processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and company requirements, including 6S, Kaizen, EHS, RBA, TQM, and ISO.
